This is a weekly stop for the kiddos and my daughter wants to work here when she is older. Always friendly and a kids meal is enough for me to eat with great price. I really only come for the ice cream but don't tell anyone else.

My grilled chicken sandwich had a large, moist breast, fresh toppings, and a tasty bun. The fries were meaty and delicious. The dining area was spacious, clean, and nicely done, with pleasant background music. The service was friendly, and quick, while the price was reasonable. Coupons and an e-club are available. What's not to like?

As soon as the weather turned even a little warmer we were the first ones to be eating outside on the patio. Though even in winter we love coming here....you earn extra points if you eat in the table under the chandelier! What don't I love here? In the Fall you absolutely MUST try their pumpkin custard concrete mixers. Wow! In the Spring it's all about the walleye platter, best fish and chips ever! Their chicken sandwich is 95% awesome. I'm not sure how but even an avid Chick-fil-A lover like me things Culver's is right up there. Usually though its the butter burger you'll find us enjoying. Took a Canadian relative for a special "first time trying custard" outing. She marveled at how creamy and yet not too sweet it was. The service is always wonderful.

...have been wanting to go for a long time. Stopped a couple of weeks ago to get a "concrete mixer". Got a chocolate. Hubby got a rootbeer float. In taste, my chocolate mixer, for $4.19, was no better than a medium Wendy's Frosty - EXCEPT the ice cream / custard had bits of something that felt like plastic in it. This junk eventually melted in your mouth, but left a residue on the spoon. Hubby's custard in his float was the same. There must have been something in the ice cream mix? Anyway, we wrote to corporate, asking for our $8.00 back, since there was no manager in sight at the restaurant. Haven't heard a peep. The staff also seemed impatient with me, as I tried to decide what kind of "mixer" to get. We had never been to Culver's before. (I won't be bothering them again.) ...another one bites the dust. "...continuing to make the restaurant rounds in the Overland Park area!"

Don't go there after 900pm, you won't get what you ordered or get a receipt. Terrible service. We ordered a Chicken Tender Basket, no drink and no fries, when I asked for the drink, they just look at you. The Manager did nothing but look at us, no offer to help, didn't want to argue with young Girl. We drove over to Wendy's and finished getting what we wanted. Won't be going back to Culvers. Absolutely no customer care!!! $12.77 for four chicken tenders

Very good service, the girls working behind the counter always smile and the food is always fresh. Sometimes the shakes are a bit inconsistent with not enough flavor in them. If it weren't for my high blood pressure I would eat there more often.

A place that offers a juicy, fresh burger and a thick shake will always do well in my book. Here, service is quick & friendly, although they can get pretty slammed sometimes, positioned between a large sports complex and a movie theater. What's best about Culver's: CHEESE CURDS. Yes, it's asking for heart disease, but I love me some deep-fried milk fat.

Best burger around. Cheap quick and always delicious. I'll keep being a patron for sure!

Culvers is one of the few fast food joints that I feel okay about feeding my kids occasionally. Their burgers are made with real beef. You can also get several gluten free salads there if that's your thing. They always get my order right and the service is very fast.

I usually love Culver's and this particular experience was the worst I've ever had. The staff was alright in correcting their mistakes, but there were too many mistakes. It's burgers and fries and ice cream, not chicken marsala. My mushroom swiss burger had six mushrooms on it, six. I counted them. I asked for more mushrooms and instead of putting on a normal amount of mushrooms one would expect on a burger, I got a pile of greasy lukewarm mushrooms that made my bun soggy. My counterpart had soggy fries and a cold burger. We both took our items back and they replaced them with more unsatisfactory food, and them blamed the newly seasoned chef of one month. They did give us a free sundae since we complained so much, but they didn't really give two shits. It was more like they just thought we would be happy with something free. I probably will give this location another chance, but they better bring it.

I'd love to go through the Culver's training program, just to understand how they consistently employ people who are friendly and seem to care about what they do. It doesn't seem to matter which location I visit. We've been to this one a number of times and have always had good food and solid service. It's a bit busier than some other Culver's, especially if there's something going on at the nearby soccer complex. But we've not had many problems with order mistakes or anything of that nature. Solid place.

Decent food. Pricey for what you get. Like DQ on a good day

Okay, the frozen custard is really good, but I don't get the whole "what you get on a sundae" routine. Maybe it's because I grew up with ice cream sundaes south of here, where OF COURSE you get a topping (usually hot fudge), whipped cream, and nuts. That's included in the price, although most places will add another topping (such as caramel) if you ask for it. In my mind, if it doesn't have whipped cream and nuts, it's not a sundae--it's a bowl of ice cream. So the idea that I pay close to $4.00 for a scoop of frozen custard with a dab of whipped cream and some nuts and then have to pony up another 50 cents to get chocolate sauce doesn't sit well with me. Again, maybe that's just how it is in the KC area, and I do go back occasionally, but I always feel vaguely ripped off.

Never have had a problem here and the burgers are really good.

i have to respect a chocolate custard shake so thick it threatens harm to try to drink with a straw and you can just use the straw as a spoon, i did Culvers run ( Thanks Joi for the forum topic) and got the upgraded double swiss and red onion burger with cheese curds and a shake. it was about $10 and worth every bite. love this place, now if Culvers would put one in my neighorbood, i miss having one right around the corner.
